Beyond Habitat operate an 8-Stage Framework to ensure all our projects are completed on time, on budget and exceed expectation.

integrated design
We integrate home technologies to enhance your lifestyle. We are happy to work in harmony with other designers, architects and artists to ensure a seamless integration into the surrounding environment. Alternatively, our in-house design team provide interior design services which are subsequently worked into a fully detailed drawing pack accompanied with an interior specification. Due to the extent of technology in the built environment today, it is never too early to involve us in a project.
control systems
Technology transforms buildings, making them more efficient, comfortable and safe. With a wide range of control systems on the market today, we believe in finding the right solution for each client rather than specifying a particular brand. The open standard of KNX is something which has been successful on many of our projects due to its flexibility and reliability. The huge choice of manufacturers also makes meeting both technical and aesthetic briefs achievable, whilst maintaining compatibility across an open standard.

Lighting enhances the environment we live in. We often take good lighting design for granted however, it plays a critical role in creating atmosphere. electrical design
Our team are often appointed as consultants at the outset of a project. We have the knowledge and skill set to produce detailed small power drawings, specifications and cabling schematics which often form part of the electrical tender package. Home automation and electrical design are closely linked, therefore appointing a consultant with a deep understanding of both will result in a successful project. As designers, we carry PI [Professional Indemnity] Insurance to put our clients’ minds at ease.

Whilst all our equipment is tested rigorously, pre and post installation, from time to time we understand that sometimes things go wrong. We offer our clients a range of service agreements and maintenance schedules to meet individual requirements in terms of response times. Maintaining and servicing your systems is vital to ensure that your equipment performs as smoothly as the day it was installed.
